Sucky Customer Service =(

One thing that pisses me off the most is bad customer service.

I mean REAL bad service

Like when you take 5 minutes to just order a meal and the waiter(ess) starts to click his/her tongue as though you are taking a decade to take a piss.

It really pisses me off.

Here is my top 10 most hated type of BAD service

1) Waiter(ess) ignores customer's hand even though they obviously saw it. (sometimes there's even eye contact)

2) Waiter(ess) who slams spoon drawers or cabinets LOUDLY in front of you. like BAM!

3) Waiter(ess) who DAOs you after you take many orders after the 1st one.

4) Waiter(ess) who Clicks their tongue when you cannot make a choice on the menu. I mean, sometimes the food just sux luh and you don't now what to choose. Right?

5) Waiter(ess) who takes their own sweet time to serve you. Or pass you the bill.

6) Waiter(ess) who frowns. I don't fucking care whether you had a bad day or not. As long as you are in the F&B service sector, you jolly well plaster a SMILE on your face! Reason? you're gonna affect everyone's appetite! >[

7) Waiter(ess) who argues back with customers that THEY DID NOT make the wrong order. Common sense tells me that when a customer makes an order, he/she KNOWS what he/she wants! So how on earth will he/she make a mistake in the orders?? unless some ghost who wanted to eat chicken actually possess that customer who wanted to eat fish. =.='''

8) Waiter(ess) who leans on your chair when taking orders. I know this is rather minor but it is unacceptable when you are in a restaurant.

9) Waiter(ess) who shouts in the restaurant as though they are at home. It is fucking irritating and I SIMPLY HATE IT. And I am referring to restaurants. NOT kopitiams.

10) Waiter(ess) who shouts in the phone while customer is making a reservation via phone call.

Last month, I made a reservation at this pretty well known restaurant to celebrate my belated birthday with XX. I expected a pleasant voice to answer the phone.

But guess what? NO! Some amateur noob answered and when I told her i wanted to make the reservation, she told me to wait. I was like "ooooooook".

But then she took like 3 minutes to get someone else on the phone!! And the other person who took over the call was no better. She sounded like some kopitiam auntie and shouted at the phone. Besides that, I had to repeat myself 3 times! It was just 11 words-" I would like to make a reservation for 2 at 7pm". IS THAT SO DIFFICULT TO COMPREHEND???

RAAAA

Sometimes when I encounter such bad services, I have this strong urge to just dine and dash.

And sometimes when I see my bill, I just feel like telling them to scrap off the 10% worth of
service charge cuz they don't deserve it at all

Is it really that hard...?
