If YOU think i'm talking about YOU, well...you must be feeling pretty guilty

BOTTOM LINE: I HATE BRAGGERS

I'm definitely not against anyone now. I myself must admit I am one.

BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A LIMIT TO EVERYTHING

Like when you get a new macbook you feel happy and proud that you finally own one. So you decide to post it up in facebook by saying "YAY~! I FINALLY GOT MY MACBOOK! And thanks to daddy, i got loads of freebies"

By saying that, it's perfectly fine cuz you gave credit to your dad for giving you the macbook and the freebies.

BUT if I say "YAY~! I FINALLY GOT MY MACBOOK! AND IT FEELS AS THOUGH I'M UNDRESSING MY GIRLFRIEND" and a whole lot of bullshit about the macbook after that is so NOT OK.

Reason being that

1) Some people may not be able to afford a macbook and might get jealous

2) It is plain irritating and 80% of your friends are bound to be cursing you under their breath

3) YOU ARE A FUCKING BRAGGER AND THUS, YOU ARE GUILTY OF COMMITTING ONE OF THE 7 DEADLY SINS!!!!

for the sake of those who don't know what the 7 deadly sins are, I shall kindly list them out for you. They are:

1) Pride (DING DONG~! BINGO!)

2) Sloth aka laziness

3) Gluttony

4) Lust (for teekos and adulterers)

5) Wrath aka anger

6) Greed

7) Envy

So my point is, so what if you have a new macbook or a new blackberry?

Is it really necessary to tell the whole world OVER AND OVER just to make sure EVERYONE is aware of it?

There are some filthy rich people I came across who doesn't brag at all.

For example,

I know someone who owns a lot of property. and when I say a lot, I MEAN IT. But I hardly hear him/her (not gonna mention who) brag about it. In fact, he/she doesn't want anyone to know about it!

There is also someone I came across whose parents are BIG SHOTS in BIG companies. BUT THEY DON'T SHOW IT.

Also, I know of some who doesn't own cars or BIG houses but have their bank accounts filled to the brim. They don't wear branded clothes or carry branded bags but they are still filthy rich.

There are still plenty of examples but I'm just too lazy to mention them, (opps...i'm committing one of the seven deadly sins)

This just proves that the empty vessels make the loudest noise.

Also, that you aren't very rich if you keep bragging

That's because only the average would make a big fuss when they get something new. The rich, on the other hand will think that it's just their new toy and will discard them when new models arrive.
